I called Strittmatter for a second opinion hoping to get a more honest opinion about my AC system and the condition it is in, and that is exactly what I got! This is the second time I have used this company And they continue to exceed my expectations. The first time I received same day appointment and they came faster then they stated which was already a reasonable time frame. They provided a same day appointment today as well. Hector quickly noticed the problem and looked to find the best cost effective solution and even explained what was wrong and how to prevent in the future!! I also received flowers after my first service as a thank you for doing business... They are my favorite color which made my day!!
