Did an excellent job, came out immediately on a Saturday, extremely helpful, professional and gave me all the information I need on what was wrong with my hot water heater. I will call them every time and recommended them to all my friends and family. Cannot say thank you to Brian enough! So grateful and thankful to find a great person to help me and company.

Would of been many trips to the hardware store. Then no guarantee I would have got it right. They brought the hardware store here. And gave a 100% work & quality. Big thumbs up.

You guys have had to help me out a lot. My home is older and some things have to be replaced not just repaired. It isn't cheap, but you have always been upfront and honest with me, I love that. The service people are competent and extremely good and pleasant. I feel like they could be family members. I don't feel like they are "scouting"out anything. I have had that happen before. I use your company exclusively. Thank the service guys and the party that hires them.

Brian and Dave were great!! I came home to water soaked carpet and the guys arrived about 20 minutes after I called! They found the leak, did the repair, and even called a company to come out to get the water out of my carpet etc. Wonderful service from start to finish! Will definitely uses again!

Wow! Super impressed. I’ve used lots of plumbers over the years. Never any so prompt. I have been trying to get a couple of plumbing services to talk to me for over 1 week. I called Saturday and right away was connected to a plumber who gave me a very reasonable estimate. Since it wasn’t an emergency, I said I would call back Monday for an Appointment. I called this morning and less than 2 hours later it is already fixed at the quoted price from Saturday. Brandon and Parker quickly fixed a leaking outdoor spigot. But I also asked for advice on a couple of other minor items. Brandon went above and beyond and checked things out. He also provided a quote on a hot water heater filter removal and it was half the cost from another company. However Brandon recommended that I keep it if possible. I will definitely use Strittmatter again.
