My a/c went out last night. I called the on-call tech and he was awesome even though I woke him up! This morning I made the appointment for a tech to come to my house. He was here at 3 this afternoon. Took the tech 45 minutes to figure out the problem, get it fixed, clean the coils, and charge the freon. Nothing but professional, courteous and timely service from everyone I have dealt with!!

We had an issue with a clogged sink that we were unable to repair on our own. We called Strittmatter based on good reviews and the fact that they were open on a Saturday. They were able to send someone out an hour later. The technician was knowledgeable and honest, and he fixed our issue quickly. The price was fair. We also asked him to look at a toilet that had been having issues. He told us that he could fix it and gave us the price, but he also explained how we could choose to fix it ourselves easily and for less. We will definitely use them again if we have any future plumbing needs.

I was out of town and our air conditioning system went out. My wife called Strittmatter and they were booked out for the next four days. However, since we are members of the family savings club, they moved up on the list and came out later that afternoon of the same day. They installed a temporary system to keep our home comfortable and also offered us a special deal on replacing our system. Love this company so much! We have had to use them for plumbing issues 2 times in the last few months and Tobias their service technician has come out to us both times and it has been such an excellent experience!! This most recent time our septic system was completely stopped up and Tobias came out in the rain and fixed it all. I’ve had plumbing, A/C and most recently heating issues they’ve resolved quickly and expertly. I’m a single momma on a budget and their pricing is fair and reasonable. They ALWAYS explain what they are doing and why. I love their hours – woke up and the house was Texas cold at 62 degrees (winter temp not a delightful summer temp)- and their service answered my call at 7a and the scheduler called me back in 20 minutes to set up an appointment for the next hour. When I had plumbing issues, and kept adding a few more things to look at while the tech was at my house, he patiently worked through them all. Highly recommend!
