The Colony is a city in Denton County, Texas, United States, and a suburb of Dallas. The Colony derives its name from the original Peters Colony. The Peters Colony headquarters was located within the current boundaries of The Colony in the historical community of Stewartsville and the site of the Hedgcoxe War. The Colony is also the site of Bridges Settlement (established during the years of the Republic of Texas and the oldest community in Denton County), Stewarts Creek, Rector, Stoverville and Camey, also known as Camey Spur.

HVAC technician Derrick was the best technician I have experienced in 30 years. He was on time, personable, polite and professional. Not only it took him only a minute to diagnose the problem of my A/C, but also he explained the problem and the mechanism of the parts that went bad to me in a way I understand. Then he told me what he was going to do, and how much it was going to cost. After he fixed it, he showed me the picture of what he put in, told me about the particular brand of the parts he put in, why that's good and what to expect in the future. He was so efficient that the A/C was back on in no time. Thank you, Derrick!

Before leaving I was shown all the work they did and everything was explained to me. Cleaned up all the work areas as well. All while enduring this extreme heat. Kudos to them!
