AC REPAIR IN DENTON

I called Strittmatter for a second opinion hoping to get a more honest opinion about my AC system and the condition it is in, and that is exactly what I got! Strittmatter not only had sent someone out the very next morning but the service was above and beyond all of my expectations. Rocky came out to inspect the problems with the indoor AC unit and not only was he professional and direct, but he was kind and friendly towards my rather curious children. I would and will recommend Rocky and Strittmatter to anyone that ever needs service!

We called to see why one room in the house was warmer. Another company told us our air conditioner unit wasn’t big enough. Andrew looked and wasn’t satisfied that he had all the options. He called in Johnny. They found a solution that was a lot less than a new unit. I cannot stress how impressed I am with how ethical this company is compared to others. I use them for both air/heat and plumbing. They will deliver! Kudos to Andrew for going the extra mile for us. Johnny is extremely knowledgeable.

This is the second time I have used this company And they continue to exceed my expectations. The first time I received same day appointment and they came faster then they stated which was already a reasonable time frame. They provided a same day appointment today as well. Hector quickly noticed the problem and looked to find the best cost effective solution and even explained what was wrong and how to prevent in the future!! I also received flowers after my first service as a thank you for doing business... They are my favorite color which made my day!! I will continue to do business with them..they have won a lifetime customer!!!
