If we are unable to clear your sewer line using the standard method for this offer, you will not be obligated to pay the $93. Our licensed drain expert will make any necessary recommendations for next possible steps and will only proceed with your approval.

Use of a small sewer machine by a licensed drain expert for up to 20 minutes to attempt to clear the drain. If we are unable to clear the drain, the plumber will come to you to discuss your other options.

*Homeowner must be present at time of service to review camera footage.
**Warranty is void if roots are present, if recommended repairs are not completed on damaged lines, or in the event non-flushable items (i.e. grease, feminine products, wipes, paper towels, toys, etc…) are found to be the reason for the stoppage.
Property must have approved, accessible ground level cleanouts. If dismantling the p-trap, digging, pulling & resetting a toilet, or rooftop access is required to reach the main sewer line, additional fees will apply.
This $93 offer is only applicable to single-family residences and light commercial properties not connected to septic systems.
If issues are discovered during the camera inspection, our licensed plumbing technician will provide sewer repair or sewer replacement estimates at no additional cost to you.

You guys have had to help me out a lot. My home is older and some things have to be replaced not just repaired. It isn't cheap, but you have always been upfront and honest with me, I love that. Brian and Dave were great!! I came home to water soaked carpet and the guys arrived about 20 minutes after I called! They found the leak, did the repair, and even called a company to come out to get the water out of my carpet etc. Wonderful service from start to finish! Will definitely uses again!

Wow! Super impressed. I’ve used lots of plumbers over the years. Never any so prompt. I have been trying to get a couple of plumbing services to talk to me for over 1 week. I called Saturday and right away was connected to a plumber who gave me a very reasonable estimate. Since it wasn’t an emergency, I said I would call back Monday for an Appointment. I called this morning and less than 2 hours later it is already fixed at the quoted price from Saturday. Brandon and Parker quickly fixed a leaking outdoor spigot. But I also asked for advice on a couple of other minor items. Brandon went above and beyond and checked things out. He also provided a quote on a hot water heater filter removal and it was half the cost from another company. However Brandon recommended that I keep it if possible. I will definitely use Strittmatter again.

Nathan used his camera to inspect main drain line. The clog had cleared so no additional service needed. He did use his camera to locate main drain clean outs since stub outs were below grade. I paid about the same as oil change and balance for my truck. Incredible nice and professional guy. I know who to call next time.

I would like to thank Jon, Brandon and Parker for the great service and coming to the rescue with a outdoor water leak. Jon, who is a great neighbor came by Sunday to shut off the water coming from the sprinkler box as the water was flooding to the street. He also opened the ticket where the office call first thing Monday to schedule a same day visit.

Brandon and Parker got here early, which was a plus. They were very, friendly, knowledgeable and went right to work locating the problem.

The service from all three gentlemen was outstanding. I am putting Strittmatter at the top of my list for all future needs.
